A Clearwater, Florida, dealer; court documents show he supplied the drugs that Heidi Kalous gave to a man who died at a Dunedin motel on June 5, 2019, and that on October 8, 2019 he was recorded handing drugs to another man who died of a multi-drug overdose less than five hours later.
