William Martin Valuck
A former Oklahoma City doctor who ran a cash-only pain management clinic, Advanced Care, in southwest Oklahoma City and prescribed his patients the same combination of Lortab, Xanax, Soma and oxycodone, in some cases as many as 600 pills per patient; eight of his patients died of drug overdoses. The case was filed in January 2014, and the allegations dated back as early as 2012.
