A Mountain View, California, doctor who ran a pain clinic in Los Gatos and in 2012 prescribed hundreds of powerful pills to a 29-year-old patient just out of rehab; he died of a combination of drugs about two weeks later. Some of her patients were arrested for reselling her prescriptions.
